Honeycomb non stick pot is a new type of non stick pot which uses honeycomb
non stick technology to form a network structure without coating on the bottom of the pot.
1. Steel composite: select high-quality 304 or 316L composite stainless steel as the substrate,
integrated composite molding.
2. Honeycomb texture etching.
3. Stretch forming: the stainless steel plate is stretch formed into a pot body, so that the preset
concave convex honeycomb texture area is located in the middle of the pot body after forming.
4. Food grade non stick coating spraying.
5. Convex surface polishing: the convex surface of honeycomb pattern in the pot is mechanically
polished to remove the non stick layer on the convex surface.
